And depending on the situation, you might get some sort of solution likethis black line here. En, so this looks something like a wave from classicalmechanics. But so far, it's just the solution to a differential equation withno obvious connection to the real world. But it turns out that if you squarethis wave function getting something like this red line, then that is actuallyproportional to probability of measuring this particle to be in one of thesepositions at this time. So that's its connection to the real world. But is it areal physical thing? Well if you look at more complicated situation likeYoung's double slit experiment,澳门金沙娱乐, it's the wave function that passes through the slits.And because the interference pattern on the other side is influenced by theslits, that's a possibility that is certainly indirect with the real world.
